A personal concierge service requires a minimum reservation of four hours blocks.
We offer a luxurious lifestyle and exclusive personal services for busy individuals as well as family members by providing them with a once in a lifetime experience in Ibiza.
We charge a fee for the services provided in booking transportation, private chauffeurs, personal and villa security, villa rentals, hotels, VIP access, private events, and restaurant reservations. We don't charge anything extra on top of the prices given on our third party vendors.
The only service we do fully charge is our personal assistance if that is required by accompanying you throughout Ibiza and that would go by the hour.
You can cancel your requests at any time by getting in touch with us via phone or email to discuss your options. The cancellation penalty is 10% of the cost of our personal services. That will not include, the cancellation fees of our third party vendors.
For example, a restaurant my charge 100 € to cancel their table reservation, a yatch rental would charge 15% to 20% of the quoted price, and so on.
The rest would be fully refunded.
